Boost Media was an Indianapolis start-up agency, specializing in web and mobile app development. They found a niche in developing mobile first apps and software, while developing brands.

Boost Mobile is/was a cell phone service provider. The two companies didn’t compete for business per se, however, the confusion was apparent at times. So, Boost Media, decided it was time to rebrand itself, and embraced a new name. No longer Boost, the new name–LiveLink would be their name going forward.

The process of rebranding can be challenging, to say the least. Once a name is agreed upon, the heavy lifting of finding the brand voice gets started. Designing and developing the brand system requires patience and forethought.

My vision was to create an elegant system that expressed a forward-thinking technology brand. The idea of a spectrum felt appropriate for an agile  boutique software and design agency.

Beyond expectation. The new LiveLink brand captured the attention of new and old clients. We launched the new brand, which included, a new logo, a new website, new sales collateral, business cards, and a new app/content management dashboard for LiveLink customers. The project was extremely well received. LiveLink leveraged the rebranding excitement to gain new clients, solidify their long-held relationships. And, grow the company.

A current flowing through the brand

The striking spectrum of color against the black was an eye-catching visual metaphor for the vibrant interactive agency.

A successful rebrand starts with a cohesive look – that's flexible.

LiveLink developed a proprietary analytics dashboard and CMS for the mobile apps they developed. This was a game changer point of differenciation and there was nothing else like it (at the time) in the market.

MyStation App - delivering your radio station to your loyal listeners.
Any station. Anywhere.

MyStation App was developed in collaboration with radio executives and program managers. As an entry-level platform for any radio station the app provided a way for the stations to connect with their loyal listeners via a customizable mobile app.

The app featured a streaming audio player, listener ratings, concert calendar, VIP room, and a place for fans to connect. Plus, it could easily be branded and customized further if and when necessary.

For so many businesses, the idea of a mobile app was great. Getting the brand into the hands and pockets of your audience is every marketers goal. However, the maintenance and upkeep of an app made it unattainable for many smaller businesses.

LiveLink developed the MyStation app with a comprehensive analytics dashboard, and intuitive content management system. It allowed radio stations to focus on what they know best, and gave them easy tools to keep their app content fresh. It was a huge selling point for many of the MyStation app customers.
